Products in Canada
Every year, a growing number of Fair Trade Certified products are available in Canadian stores, retaurants, and cafes. In this section, you'll find information about the Fair Trade products that can be found in your neighbourhood, ranging from what they are to where you can find them.
For simplicity's sake, we've organized them all into into twelve broad categories, even though there are actually many more products out there. For instance, anything made of chocolate would fit into the cocoa category, and bananas, oranges, grapes, and avocados would all be considered fresh fruit.
So, without further ado, the twelve categories are:
- Cocoa
- Coffee
- Cotton
- Flowers
- Fresh Fruit
- Grains (Rice & Quinoa)
- Herbs and Spices
- Nuts and Oils (Shea Butter)
- Sports Balls
- Sugar
- Tea
- Wine
